 Each season GLCC creates a new tour and experience so that competing at our events is always fresh and exciting. This season you will be immersed in total Rock & Roll craziness. GLCC is known for producing well run events that include everyone in the action. From the time you enter the parking lot until you time you leave the venue we plan to make your time with us a Rock Star experience that you will talk about all season long. Our events are not just competitions but designed to be an interactive entertainment event for the entire family where your athletes are the stars.
At each event we want the parents and athletes can get involved in by dressing up, and rocking out. At each event we will survey the crowd and randomly hold contests like the Biggest 80’ hair challenge, or Jimmy Buffet Beach Ball race for those beach rockers. Every moment of the event will be filled with rock and roll mayhem. You can expect that some spectators, coaches, and athletes will brought up on stage as their own rock group to play our version of Singing B! Also at select events look for Cheer Idol where athletes will get to do exhibition routines at no charge, get fun critiques from the judges and then voted on through our text message voting system by the spectators.
If you have ever experienced a Blue Man group show, then you will love how we keep all the spectators engaged between the amazing performances. The athletes and fans will be the true stars of the show. As always, GLCC events are totally interactive and fun for everyone so bring your groupies and ROCK it OUT in 2010 -2011.
A well planned, low stress and FAIR competition! The owners and many members of our staff have owned, currently own, or work at gyms and studios. We know firsthand the importance of providing a competitive environment that produces consistent, accurate, and fair judging results. GLCC uses the JAM Score system that was created using the input of leading cheer coaches, dance teachers and industry leaders nationally which combines years of experience in cheerleading and dance with scientific analysis and statistical methods to produce predictable and consistent results. Additionally, GLCC uses electronic scoring and analysis tools along with state-of-the-art video review systems to help judges do the best possible job of scoring your teams.
Every athlete will receive a ribbon, medal or trophy customized for each event to commemorate their successful performance.
Every team receives a placement trophy, record, or plaque regardless of place. You get to choose if you want all inclusive entry passes when you register so that you can bring as many spectators as you like with no tickets to buy or you get go ala carte and pay at the door. Choose what works best for your organization.
GLCC spares no expense to make it a fun experience for everyone and gives out 100’s of prizes and opportunities to participate at all our events. We take your experience seriously! Our emcees are entertainers not only familiar with the cheer and dance industry but true professionals with extensive experience announcing major sporting and entertainment events such and major league baseball, the Dew Tour, and more. Our event planners are degreed career professionals trained to consider every detail from how our spectators enter the venue to the view they have of their favorite athletes. We plan every moment of our events so that the excitement builds throughout the day and culminates in suspense filled and gratifying awards ceremonies that remind you why your athlete became a cheerleader or dancer.
We want to make the time that everyone spends with us at events fun, entertaining and competitive. Our goal is to do all of this and keep the costs down so more athletes will try out cheerleading and dance and choose to enjoy this amazing competitive experience for many years.
